Planning for the Aging & End of Life process is essential. But let’s be honest: it can also be overwhelming. That’s why so many people spend years avoiding it, or end up using boilerplate documents that don’t capture their unique lives, hopes, and needs.
Viive is here to take the stress out of your hands. Unlike traditional estate professionals who just focus on one piece of the puzzle at a time, we look at the whole picture of your life to build a plan that’s perfect for you and your family.
This is where most of the magic happens. Over a handful of sessions, you’ll sit down with your Legacy Coordinator so they can get to know you and your unique situation: your needs, your fears, your hopes. They’ll ask you key questions you may not have considered—and they’ll be there for you to lean on when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
It takes a village to build the right Aging & End of Life Plan. Depending on your needs, you may want to work with other professionals in financial planning, End of Life health care, home downsizing, and many more. When you work with Mallory, she’ll be able to connect you to Viive’s extended network of Trusted Partners.
You’ve established your Plan and your vision for the future—but this isn’t just about you. Your loved ones, family, business partners, and potential caretakers may also need to know what to expect from your Aging & End of Life process. Your Legacy Coordinator will coordinate a meeting where you can give the people closest to you a rundown of your Plan. They’ll help create an environment where everyone feels safe to speak their mind, ask questions, and connect authentically with one another.
Some of the topics that will likely be addressed include:
Life keeps going after your Plan is made, and it’s always possible for your situation to change. Based on the details of your situation, we’ll decide together how often we should revisit your Plan and make adjustments as needed, to ensure that everything is still valid and effective. This can take place annually, biannually, or every three years.
These packages exist to help appointed executors and/or family members manage the affairs and estate of a deceased loved one. No matter what the situation, we’re here to help—including cases where the deceased person died without a Last Will & Testament.
At Viive, we understand how important it is to know that your legal and financial documents are secure. We’ve partnered with SideDrawer, a highly secure cloud storage platform, to keep your information safe and fully under your control.
